No referral needed to make an appointment or bring in an emergency.

Telephone Consultations

We do not consult over the phone. After hours/weekends you will make contact with the on-call clinician and they will get a brief history and advise the owners to come in on emergency or make an appointment as necessary.

Out-of-State Consultations

Yes we will see out of state clients within our practice area, however, we do not consult over the phone. After hours/weekends you will make contact with the on-call clinician and they will get a brief history and advise the owners to come in on emergency or make an appointment as necessary.

Please Note

During Covid-19 and until further notice, owners are not allowed in the building with the exception of Euthanasia’s. Two people are allowed in the building, wearing masks, to say goodbye and then are escorted out of the building.

A deposit of half the estimated visit is required for any animal admitted to the hospital. The hospital payment is required upon pick up when animals leave the hospital. We accept all credit cards, cash, checks and care credit.

We see emergencies 24/7/365, we ask that owners call the number listed 517-353-9710 before their arrival so the staff is aware they are coming and can plan accordingly.
